Project Goal
When THCMD came to me they were in the early planning stages of launching their Medical Marijuana Clinic. They were looking to establish their new business with an online presence and brand image that attracted new patients while providing resources and knowledge to inform and guide website visitors through the world of medical marijuana and obtaining qualifications for their medical marijuana card to help resolve their health ailments.
Additionally, every medical practice needs medical software to manage their scheduling, patient intake forms, patient data and office workflows that enable a smooth and efficient business behind the white coats. With my many years of experience working in the medical software industry, I was able to implement the software, help to establish efficiencies and workflows & integrate the scheduling & patient intake process within the website we built.
Efficiency for the day to day business operational workflows and simplistic ability for new and existing patients to be seen by the practitioners was at the top of the list regarding importance to our client. We wanted to be sure the website visitors user journey to find all the information they need to make an informed decision while easily being able to schedule appointments, fill out intake forms and even be seen via telemedicine was very easy and intuitive.
Enabling the patients to handle many of the tasks which are often handled via phone or have to be done day of appointment causing delays and frustrations on both sides allowed THCMD to focus on actually growing the business and providing the best patient experience and care possible. We accomplished this through integration of our clients chosen medical software within the website.
